Prices listed below are for homes up to 180m2 only, and for one dwelling. If you would like us to inspect more than one dwelling, please call to discuss.
Additional costs may be required for travelling more than 50km to a property.
Second Inspection fee (returning to site to inspect repairs) 1 hour only from $350 + GST
Site visits (meetings) from $400 + GST

Premium inspection

Pricing from $760 + GST

Gold inspection

Package includes:

2-3-4 bedrooms
building inspection (written report)
safety hazards

significant defects
spot moisture testing around wet areas (above floor levels only)

Pricing from $860 + GST

Platinum inspection

Package includes:

2-3-4 bedrooms
building inspection AND meth inspection (2 separate reports)
safety hazards

significant defects
meth testing (sent to a lab)

Pricing from $1050 + GST

Apartment interior inspection

Package includes:
