Our Orakei-based company is led by John Naisbett and services the Auckland region. We specialise in pre-purchase and pre-sale building inspection reports, providing a visual assessment on the current condition of the home to give you a better understanding of what you are buying — or issues you may have when selling.
We have more than 20 years of combined building and property inspection experience and our reports are accepted by all banks.
