  • Prices listed below are for homes up to 180m2 only, and for one dwelling. If you would like us to inspect more than one dwelling, please call to discuss. 

  • Additional costs may be required for travelling more than 50km to a property.

  • Second Inspection fee (returning to site to inspect repairs) 1 hour only from $350 + GST

  • Site visits (meetings) from $400 + GST

Package includes:

  • 2-3-4 bedrooms

  • building inspection (written report)

  • safety hazards

  • minor defects

  • significant defects

  • moisture testing is NOT included

Urgent Report (Within 1-4 hours) Extra $200

Gold inspection

Package includes:

  • 2-3-4 bedrooms

  • building inspection (written report)

  • safety hazards

  • minor defects

  • significant defects

  • spot moisture testing around wet areas (above floor levels only)

Urgent Report (Within 1-4 hours) Extra $200

Platinum inspection

Package includes:

  • 2-3-4 bedrooms

  • building inspection AND meth inspection (2 separate reports)

  • safety hazards

  • minor defects

  • significant defects

  • meth testing (sent to a lab)

Apartment interior inspection

Package includes:

Rental property inspections

  • Healthy Homes assessment from $500 + GST

  • Smoke alarm assessment from $250 + GST

  • Insulation assessment from $250 + GST

CCC (Code Compliance Certificate)

Package includes:

  • site visit

  • lodgement with council

  • working with council on application

CoA (Certificate of Acceptance)

Package includes:

  • site visit

  • lodgement with council

  • working with council on application

 
Pricing from $3500 + GST

Other services

  • Meth testing from $499 + GST (same-day may be available for an additional $70 + GST)
